Lawrence Street Gallery opened its 2026 exhibition season with The Best of the Best 26, a lively group exhibition featuring award-winning artists from the gallery’s 2025 juried shows. This compelling exhibition highlights artists whose work reflected bold vision, technical excellence, and distinctive personal voice.
The featured artists explored deep-rooted influences through explosive style, rich texture, expressive line work, and vibrant imagery. Together, their work created an emotional and atmospheric aesthetic, charged with evocative energy and a dynamic use of color.
Artists included in the exhibition were Jacqueline Block, Garth Glazier, Janet Kondziela, Edward Marsh, Margaret Reese, David Ribble, Mark Schumacher, and Bonnie Weinreich.
